Delete your Tiny Bloom account
How to request deletion of your Tiny Bloom account and associated family data from our Android app, website, or by email.

📱1. Overview
This page explains how users of Tiny Bloom (the mobile app and website operated by Tiny Bloom Ltd) can request deletion of their account and associated data.
Only parent accounts can start the full data-deletion flow. If you need help, contact privacy@tinybloom.app.
🤖2. Delete in the Tiny Bloom app (Android / iOS)
- Open Tiny Bloom and sign in with your account.
- Tap Account (profile icon).
- Tap Privacy & Security.
- Tap Data & Privacy.
- Tap Delete my data.
- Verify your identity with the email verification code (OTP) sent to your registered email.
- Type DELETE to confirm permanent deletion.
After confirmation, your deletion request is queued and processed automatically. You can sign out at any time; processing continues in the background.
🌐3. Delete on the website
- Sign in at tinybloom.ai/login.
- Go to Settings → Privacy (or Family Garden → Settings → Privacy).
- Follow the same Delete my data flow: OTP verification, then type DELETE to confirm.
✉️4. Request by email
If you cannot access the app or website, email us from the address linked to your Tiny Bloom account:
Subject: Account deletion request — include the email address registered on your account. We will verify ownership and process your request within 30 days.
🗂️5. What is deleted
When deletion completes, we permanently remove (or anonymise where required):
- · Your account (name, email, profile)
- · Child profiles and related settings
- · Memories and uploaded photos
- · Meal plans, routines, tasks, and shopping lists
- · Health logs, growth records, and care notes
- · AI chat history and session data
- · Notifications and in-app preferences
- · Active subscription access tied to your account (cancelled as part of deletion)
📋6. What may be kept
- · Financial / transaction records — kept for up to 7 years as required by Irish tax law (transaction amounts and dates only, not personal app content).
- · Support emails — retained for up to 2 years if you contacted support, then deleted.
- · Anonymised analytics — aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics where applicable.
🗓️7. Retention period
- · Personal data: permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmed account deletion.
- · Backups: purged within 90 days.
